Payroll Processing

One or more employees? I can help with setting you up as an employer if needed and manage your Payroll and payday filing. Using payroll software that is easy to use, reliable and consistently kept up to date with all Government legislation you can be sure your employees will be paid with all their entitlements and all deductions taken accurately.

Employees will be able to use pay apps to control their leave applications and view or print their pay-slips on demand, leaving you time to spend on other important matters.

Cost Per employee $22.00 each pay (includes pay-day filing) plus a minimum monthly fee of $45.00 per entity

PAYE

Part of payroll management is reconciling the wages expense account and paying any PAYE (pay as you earn) taxes to Inland Revenue. As an employer you know that PAYE must be paid on time to avoid penalties and fees. $50.00 per filing

FBT Fringe Benefit Tax

If you have employees or directors earning over and above normal wages/salaries with perks like a company car or health insurance then Fringe Benefit Tax will be liable. $50.00 per filing

Administration $35.00 per hour

  • Typing – document templates, documents, lists, forms, flyers
  • Data Entry – alpha/numeric, database maintenance
  • Book transcriptions – handwritten to digital format.
  • All other tasks outside of normal Bookkeeping

Hourly rate applies to all Administration other than Bookkeeping $35.00 per hour

Printing of documents and email distribution is not included. If you do require this will be quoted separately.

Note: All created administration documents (hardcopy and digital files on behalf of clients) will be the responsibility of the client to store securely.
